17. Kyler Murray (LW: 22)

Murray is moving up because of the recent numbers, and the lack of a supporting cast. Yes, he’s only averaging 7.0 yards per attempt. Still, the rookie is completing 64 percent of his attempts, running for 238 yards and extending plays. The future appears bright.

16. Jared Goff (LW: 11)

What the hell was that? Goff threw for 78 yards (3.3 YPA) on Sunday in a dismal 20-7 loss to the 49ers. If the Rams are getting that sort of play for their massive investment, general manager Les Snead should resort to sitting in a dark room instead of watching the game.

15. Gardner Minshew (LW: 12)

Minshew had his first bad outing of the season on Sunday. The Saints stifled the Jaguars, holding them to six points while Minshew threw for 163 yards and an interception on 14-of-29 passing.

14. Kirk Cousins (LW: 17)

Cousins put together another stellar day. The Vikings were floundering until the past two weeks, where Cousins has temporarily silenced the critics. Against the Eagles, the $84 million man totaled 333 yards with four touchdowns. Very nice.

13. Jacoby Brissett (LW: 15)

Brissett is doing everything asked of him. He’s not making mistakes, he’s hitting open receivers and he’s playing smart football at the line. If the Colts continue winning, Brissett should get credit for not derailing a promising roster.
