With the recent WWE Draft, fans can potentially be treated to some dream matches.

Although many Superstars stayed put in the WWE Draft, there are still some dream matches that fans would like to see. There are even dream matches that wrestlers themselves want, such as Drew Gulak facing Daniel Bryan.

The possibility of this match got us thinking: What other dream matches could we see as a result of the WWE Draft?

Monday Night Raw

Cedric Alexander vs. Kevin Owens

This match wouldn’t be on many people’s list, but that’s part of it’s beauty. In his pre-WWE days, Alexander took on Samoa Joe and it was really great. Kevin Owens boasts a similar in-ring style as Joe and has shown that he can handle all types of Superstars. Alexander has an aerial arsenal, but can also keep things mat-based. This matchup could surprise fans as one that they didn’t know they wanted until it actually happens.

Humberto Carrillo vs. Rey Mysterio

Humberto Carrillo has had a breakout year between NXT and 205 Live. He had his first title shot at Clash of Champions in a triple-threat with Drew Gulak and Lince Dorado. Carrillo faced criticism from Dorado on 205 Live for his style of lucha libre. What better way to show off this updated style than against the iconic Rey Mysterio? This has the potential to be an instant classic.

Aleister Black vs. Buddy Murphy

Aleister Black’s hard-hitting style is tailor-made for Buddy Murphy. WWE’s “Best Kept Secret” wasn’t utilized on SmackDown and deserves a better chance. He was a great 205 Live champion and shouldn’t be a secret to WWE fans. He can certainly make a name for himself against someone like Black.

Andrade vs. Akira Tozawa

To be honest, we’d be happy seeing Andrade wrestle anybody. Tozawa is a former Cruiserweight champion and was a big piece of the 205 Live picture. These two can absolutely go toe-to-toe. Tozawa is coming off of a brutal no-disqualification, no count-out match that utilized weapons, so he’ll be ready for anything Andrade throws (literally and figuratively) at him.

Zelina vs. the women’s division

Zelina is an excellent business associate for Andrade. Now that she’s on Raw, it’s time to see her actually compete. She would be a breath of fresh air in a division where we’ve seen nearly every matchup among the women on Raw since the division is small.

Friday Night SmackDown

Ali vs. Chad Gable

Yes, that’s right — Chad Gable — let’s just forget what WWE is choosing to call him right now.

Ali is another Superstar is worth watching against anyone. Although Gable has held tag team titles on NXT, SmackDown and Raw, as a singles competitor, there’s a lot to be desired. Can we get Ali vs. Gable is a best-of-five series?

Sami Zayn vs. Drew Gulak

Sami Zayn has his hands full being Shinsuke Nakamura’s mouthpiece, but it’d be nice to see him in more matches. Zayn and Gulak may be more on the technical side, but could still be a lot of fun.

Lucha House Party vs. The New Day

This seems obvious because it’s two trios that usually wrestle in tag team combinations. Both the Lucha House Party and The New Day are energetic and fun to watch. They could have a great series of matches. It would be cool to not only see the three-on-three matchup, but also individual matches between these six Superstars.

Would you want to see any of these matches? What dream matches would you like to see as a result of the draft?
