4. Jacoby Brissett, Indianapolis Colts

Brissett had multiple passing touchdowns in each of his first four games this season. Then he took a back seat to running game and defense in a Week 5 win over the Chiefs, with a rushing touchdown to salvage some sort of fantasy day (11.94 points; Yahoo! scoring).

Brissett gets a nice matchup this week against the Houston Texans, who have allowed the ninth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks (ESPN scoring). It gets tougher in Week 8 (Denver Broncos) and Week 9 (Pittsburgh Steelers), before he gets the Miami Dolphins, Jacksonville Jaguars and the Texans again from Week 10-12. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers Week 14) and New Orleans Saints (Week 15) entered Week 7 in the bottom-10 against quarterbacks, so those games look good for Brissett.

Brissett’s fantasy ceiling is not as high as some others on this list. But he has a solid weekly floor, with a nice dose of upside when the matchup sets it up. His bye week is also done now (Week 6), which boosts his appeal as a waiver wire add for those looking for someone to fill in for Mahomes.
