DFS Fantasy Hockey Advice: Forwards to Start

David Pastrnak (BOS) vs. TOR

Pastrnak has been absolutely on fire for the past two weeks having five multi-point game performances dating back to October 8. Pastrnak was also awarded the number one star of the week after producing seven goals and two assists in his previous three games played.

The Maple Leafs’ goaltending has had a hard time keeping the puck out of the net this year as they have allowed the fifth-most goals to opposing teams (3.44/gm). Pastrnak is a no-brainer to start on practically any given night of the year, but this outlandish streak he has recently been on makes him even more valuable to have on rosters for tonight.

Nick Schmaltz (ARI) @ NYR

Schmaltz has looked quite impressive lately as he has produced six points in his last three games played with the Coyotes. Arizona appears to be a young team on the rise and Schmaltz is a major component for the team moving forward.

The Rangers will be hosting the desert dogs on Tuesday night which is a great sign for the young forward to have a strong performance.

New York is currently riding a four-game losing streak while allowing 4.25 goals per game during that stretch of action. Plug him into your starting lineups for Tuesday’s slate of games with confidence that he will produce in a positive way yet again.

Adam Henrique (ANA) @ NSH

The Anaheim Ducks have improved quite a bit from where they were just several months ago. It appears a lot of the young players are stepping up in a big way for the Ducks which has resulted in their early-season success so far.

More importantly, some veteran players have also been leading the way in a significant fashion as well. I’m speaking predominantly of Adam Henrique. The 29-year old forward has been solid lately as he has buried four goals in his last five games played.

His experience in big-time moments is certainly becoming contagious in the Anaheim locker room. Henrique is a great option to go to in your starting lineup as the Ducks will travel to the Music City to take on the Nashville Predators.
