DFS Fantasy Football: Quarterbacks to Start

Aaron Rodgers (GB) @ KC

Aaron Rodgers had a game for the ages this past Sunday as he threw for 429 yards, five passing touchdowns, and a rushing score against the Oakland Raiders. The incredible performance by Green Bay’s signal-caller resulted in a QB1 finish with 43.8 fantasy points.

Keep in mind that Rodgers was able to accomplish this phenomenal feat without his number one wide-out Davante Adams in the fold.

Whether or not Adams can put on the pads this Sunday will not matter too much for Rodgers as he heads to Arrowhead Stadium to take on the Kansas City Chiefs with a suspect defense. Rodgers is raging hot right now and when he gets in the zone, it’s pretty tough to knock him out of it.

Russell Wilson (SEA) @ ATL

One of the early candidates for the 2019 NFL MVP, Russell Wilson is shining bright in the Emerald City. He’s currently QB3 and has a sparkling 15:1 touchdown/interception ratio this season.

This Sunday is the perfect opportunity for Wilson to further enhance his already stellar stats as the Seahawks will travel to Atlanta to challenge the Falcons.

The dirty birds have been awful on defense, allowing opposing arms to average 27.86 fantasy points per game this year. Wilson should have yet another big afternoon as we approach the halfway point of the 2019 regular season.

Matthew Stafford (DET) vs. NYG

Stafford is having quite a bounce-back campaign after 2018 was riddled with injuries left and right. This year has been quite the contrary so far as he has managed to remain healthy and play at a high level as expected.

At this point in time, Stafford has thrown for over 1,700 yards and has an impressive 13:3 touchdown/interception ratio to go along with it. Furthermore, he is currently averaging roughly around 20.0 fantasy points per game for the season.

The Giants’ secondary hasn’t looked too great in 2019 which puts Stafford in line for a significant fantasy day through the air on Sunday.
