Tag Team Division

No. 1: Lucha Brothers (last week: 3)

The Lucha Brothers defeated Private Party to advance to the finals of the Tag Team Tournament. Of the three tag matches on Dynamite, this one was the best of the night. They will face off against SCU to become AEW’s first Tag Team Champions on Oct. 30.

No. 2: SCU (last week: 4)

SCU surprised The Dark Order by getting the win to advance to the Tag Team Tournament finale. Will they be able to get revenge against Pentagon, Jr. for his vicious attack on Christopher Daniels last week?

No. 3: Young Bucks (last week: 5)

The Young Bucks teamed with Cody and Dustin Rhodes to defeat Private Party and The Strong Hearts on Dark. They kept the momentum going by beating Best Friends the next night on Dynamite.

No. 4: Private Party (last week: 1)

The party ended after the duo was eliminated from the Tag Team Tournament. Though they lost, they had an excellent match against one of the world’s best tag teams, The Lucha Bros.

No. 5: Dark Order (last week: 2)

Dark Order earned a first-round bye in the Tag Team Tournament by winning at All Out. In their first tournament match, they were defeated in a hard-luck loss to SCU.

No. 6: Best Friends (last week: 7)

The Best Friends lost to The Young Bucks on Dynamite (even with some assistance from Orange Cassidy). The duo fell to 2-4 overall.

No. 7: Santana and Ortiz (last week: 8)

Though they didn’t compete this week, they made a statement with the Inner Circle in a brawl with Cody and Co. They also had their match at Full Gear made official with the Young Bucks accepting their challenge.

No. 8: Strong Hearts (last week: unranked)

CIMA and T-Hawk teamed up with Private Party against The Young Bucks, Cody and Dustin Rhodes on Dark, but didn’t come away with a victory.
