FanDuel NBA breakdown – Value Plays

Dwayne Bacon (4,800) – It has been a very up and down season for Bacon, who has two games where he played more than 30 minutes, and scored more than 20 points in those games, with two other games where he played less than 25 minutes, and scored less than 15 points in those games. He has a solid 24.8% usage rate, but .75 FPM. The Kings play at a very fast pace, and this could not be a better spot for the young guard who will be looking to bounce back.

Anthony Tolliver (3,700) – Some may say it is game log chasing, but well, yeah it is a little bit of game log chasing. Tolliver surprisingly enough took over the starting role instead of super Mario, and played 28 minutes in the process. It was a pretty decent performance from him, and he grabbed plenty of rebounds as well. This is obviously a one game sample size, and something we will have to monitor going forward, but assuming he draws the start again, Tolliver is a solid value play.

Eric Gordon (4,500) – For a player logging as many minutes as Gordon, he has just not been able to perform. He is playing well over 30 minutes off the bench, and Washington is not the best defensive team, but overall this will be a high scoring game. He is due for a pretty big bounce back performance, and if this game plays at a fast pace, he should have no problem scoring  with ease.
