Welcome to Studs, Scrubs, and Duds; FanSided’s daily fantasy NBA lineup helper.

Here’s what’s on the slate for tonight:

7 p.m. ET: Miami at Atlana
9:30 p.m. ET: Denver at New Orleans
10:30 p.m. ET: San Antonio at LA Clippers

How this works:

Studs: Top high salary picks that you can build your lineup around.
Scrubs: Value players looking for a big night or consistent options to help fill out your lineup.
Duds: Players to avoid given their high salary and/or poor matchup.

Five players are picked on each slide, positions are not applicable, and both DraftKings and FanDuel salaries are listed.

Studs

Kawhi Leonard (vs. SA – $9,500 on DK; $10,300 on FD): Kawhi got his rest on Wednesday and should be back in action on Thursday. And he’s up against his old squad. I’m not sure if Kawhi still has any kind of grudge against the Spurs, but he plays hard every time out. Facing the Spurs just gives him a little extra incentive.

Nikola Jokic (at NO – $10,000 on DK; $10,400 on FD): Jokic should have a field day against the Pelicans defense, especially Favors isn’t able to suit up. Jokic has been a tad inconsistent this season, but we know he can put up huge numbers in all categories. Don’t be shocked if he flirts with a triple-double in this one.

Bam Adebayo (at ATL – $7,600 on DK; $8,300 on FD): Adebayo is still a force, even with Butler in town. The Hawks will be without their best player, which is going to change the dynamic of their team. Adebayo is a more reliable option than Aldridge and Collins, though Collins has the higher ceiling on the night.

Brandon Ingram (vs. DEN – $7,900 on DK; $9,000 on FD): Is price is higher on FD but he’s at a nice spot on DK. Ingram has been unquestionably the best player for a banged up Pelicans squad. Denver’s defense will present some challenges, but the Pelicans offense has done very well and Ingram is in a great groove right now. I like him better than Butler.

John Collins (vs. MIA – $8,300 on DK; $8,700 on FD): No Trae Young means more of the offense will run through Collins. It’s a tough matchup against a very good Miami team, which has me a little skeptical. But Collins is now the best player on the Hawks, it’s a slow night so he stands out even more. Someone has to get numbers for Atlanta.
