Welcome to Studs, Scrubs, and Duds; FanSided’s daily fantasy NBA lineup helper.

Here’s what’s on the slate for tonight:

7 p.m. ET: Indiana at Charlotte, Boston at Cleveland
7:30 p.m. ET: San Antonio at Atlana
8 p.m. ET: LA Lakers at Chicago, Orlando at Oklahoma City
9 p.m. ET: Miami at Denver

How this works:

Studs: Top high salary picks that you can build your lineup around.
Scrubs: Value players looking for a big night or consistent options to help fill out your lineup.
Duds: Players to avoid given their high salary and/or poor matchup.

Five players are picked on each slide, positions are not applicable, and both DraftKings and FanDuel salaries are listed.

Studs

Kemba Walker (at CLE – $8,500 on DK; $9,100 on FD): Kemba has been on fire in recent games and nothing should change against the Cavaliers. His scoring numbers will be there without a doubt and he’s been rebounding the ball well while also chipping in with assists. He’s a cheaper option than Kevin Love and I find him to be a better option.

Malcolm Brogdon (at CHA – $8,200 on DK; $9,100 on FD): Without Sabonis and Turner, guys have to pick up the slack for the Pacers. And Brogdon has proven that he can carry the load. The Hornets defense isn’t good and they are returning from a long west coast trip so expect some tired legs.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (vs ORL – $7,000 on DK; $8,300 on FD): This should be a defensive battle between these two teams, but I like SGA because he’s becoming more assertive in OKC and he’s the best player on the floor. Sorry, Chris Paul. Look for him to do a bit of everything and impact a game that might be a slog with his rebounding.

LeBron James (at CHI – $9,600 on DK; $11,700 on FD): LeBron has continued to dominate in DFS and the Bulls aren’t likely to slow him down. I’m still waiting for him to fall back and let everything run through Anthony Davis — and obviously Davis is playing well as is — but LeBron is becoming a triple-double threat every night, giving you more value than Davis.

Jimmy Butler (at DEN – $8,100 on DK; $9,500 on FD): Butler has played well in each passing game with the Heat, who look like one of the top teams in the East right now. Butler can do a bit of everything and I expect him to outperform a guy like Vucevic.
