Buy Low, Sell High: 8 players to move now

Sell High
Brandon Ingram
Where most people think Ingram’s production is going to fall off a cliff as Jrue Holiday starts looking more like himself and Zion returns, I am actually buying into Ingram’s season. So why is he on the sell high list?
Ingram could be as high as a top 50 player this season, just not a top 30 (returning third-round value). Even as a top 50, that is super ambitious so manbe top 60. But watching him play, he looks confident, his free throw shot is looking better and he seems to be having more fun out there than when he did with the Lakers. It’s a contract year for the young Pelican as well, providing extra incentive for him to perform.
Make no mistake, when Zion returns, Ingram will see a dip, especially in his scoring (25.9 PPG), and (7.3 RPG) rebounding. Hopefully he will turn the ball over less too.
I would be looking to sell Ingram for another, more established top 30 player, one who has a track record of consistency, or a two for one again where you can reach for a guy like Beal or Vucevic. Bledsoe and Tobias Harris are other (boring?) safe top 30 players that you could consider trying to acquire. But not for a one for one trade, as you could squeeze a bit more out of Ingram right now.
Sell High
Tristan Thompson
Thompson’s minutes are safe and, apart from Kevin Love, there really is no one else to collect rebounds on the Cavs squad.
The only reason Thompson is a sell high is because he is returning third round value currently and for the last five seasons (not including this one) has returned no better than 11th round value. I just don’t buy that a player can go from 11th round to third round value. At 28 years old, Thompson is in his prime, so this could well be a career year for him. If Kevin Love is traded, Thompson could become a fantasy monster, but even in that scenario, I don’t see him making that huge of a jump in one year.
Guys I would try to trade Thompson for include, Harrell, Brook Lopez and maybe Jarrett Allen.
Other sell high names include
Aron Baynes
Jeremy Lamb
VanVleet (I would hold on to just a little bit longer with Lowry out)
Jaylen Brown (I would hold on to just a little a bit longer with Hayward out)
Josh Hart
Andrew Wiggins
