NFL quarterback rankings, Week 11: Patrick Mahomes looks amazing

3. Deshaun Watson (LW: 2)

Watson comes off the bye week and gets to duel with Lamar Jackson up in Baltimore. The third-year man has been utterly sensational this season, helping Houston to a 6-3 mark. On the year, Watson has 2,432 passing yards with 18 touchdown passes on 8.1 YPA. He’s in the MVP race.

2. Russell Wilson (LW: 1)

Wilson had a quiet game in the box score on Monday night. He barely threw for 200 yards. Still, his abilities were on display watching the game. Smarts, savvy, the deftness to move defenders with subtle movements. Even on an average night, Wilson’s brilliance shown through.

1. Patrick Mahomes (LW: NA)

Mahomes is back in the top spot for a bevy of reasons. In his comeback from a dislocated kneecap, Mahomes threw for 446 yards and three touchdowns in a masterful performance. Despite missing two full games and most of a third, he ranks fifth in passing yardage (2,626) while averaging 9.0 YPA. He’s also thrown 18 touchdowns and a single interception. He’s the best player in football.
