13. player. 52. . Wide Receiver. Jacksonville Jaguars. CeeDee Lamb

The Jacksonville Jaguars had the week off in Week 10, as they were coming off their crucial loss to the Houston Texans in London in Week 9. For the rest of the season, the Jaguars will turn back to Nick Foles, their big money quarterback they signed in free agency away from the Philadelphia Eagles.

For Foles, he will be replacing Gardner Minshew, a sixth-round rookie who took the NFL by storm early on, but has cooled off as of late. Remember, this is a guy who was a Super Bowl MVP a few seasons ago, so you have to figure this team should trend upwards now that they have him back under center.

With their first round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft,  the Jaguars need to give either Foles, or Minshew a new weapon in the passing attack, and CeeDee Lamb from Oklahoma should be one of the first wideouts off the board. He has the talent to beat teams over the top, and also has that rare catch-and-run ability that this team is lacking.

28. . Safety. Las Vegas Raiders. Grant Delpit. 14. player

The Oakland Raiders have had a tremendous start to the 2019 NFL season, silencing their doubters, and getting out to a record over .500 through their first nine games. They have been dominant on offense, especially up front along the offensive line, and it is showing in quarterback Derek Carr’s play.

Looking at this roster, they still need some help on both sides of the ball, including in the secondary. During their win over the Los Angeles Chargers on Thursday night, Karl Joseph broke his foot, and with no years left on his contract, it remains to be seen whether he is going to be brought back.

During the 2019 NFL Draft, Oakland added Mississippi State safety Johnathan Abram, and he has all the talent in the world. However, it would make sense for the team to continue to stack talent back there, and Grant Delpit from LSU is a special one, coming from a winning program, which seems to be the trend for Mike Mayock and Jon Gruden during draft time.
