player. 28. . Wide Receiver. Las Vegas Raiders. Henry Ruggs III. 19

With their second of two first round picks in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Las Vegas Raiders have to do something to shore up the wide receiver group. Sure, guys like Hunter Renfrow, Zay Jones, and Tyrell Williams are good complimentary pieces, but this franchise is still missing a true WR1, a spot they had hoped would be occupied by Antonio Brown.

Looking at this draft class, there are a handful of wide receivers who will be WR1s at the next level, as it has been referred to as the deepest wide receiver class in quite some time. The Raiders would be wise to utilize their first round pick on a guy like Henry Ruggs III, who has teamed with Jerry Jeudy to give Alabama one heck of a duo at the wideout spot this season.

Quarterback Derek Carr has mastered Jon Gruden’s offense, and the proof has been in the pudding this season, as he is completing over 70 percent of his passes. The Raiders have a special thing building, and as they make their move to the desert, stockpiling elite talent from winning programs is the way to go.

52. . Wide Receiver. Jacksonville Jaguars. Tee Higgins. 20. player

The Jacksonville Jaguars got Nick Foles back for their Week 11 matchup with division rival Indianapolis, but the Jags would find themselves on the wrong end of a blowout. Jacksonville has too many holes on this roster right now on both sides of the ball, and they still have to figure out who is going to be their long-term solution at quarterback.

Both Foles and Gardner Minshew are good NFL quarterbacks, but they need more help on the offensive side of the ball. Dede Westbrook and D.J. Chark were both fairly early draft picks, and while Chark has been solid this season, Westbrook has still not become that breakout player this franchise was hoping he would be.

No matter who is under center in 2020, this is a team that needs more weapons at the wide receiver position moving forward. Chark is a nice player, as is Westbrook, but Tee Higgins gives this offense another explosive player on the outside, and you can never have too many of those kinds of guys.
