DraftKings EuroLeague Guards:

Vasilije Micic and Shane Larkin both had big games in round 9. This is an even better matchup with Milan and I have no issues using them together yet again. Micic has a bit more upside if you are only using one. I prefer them both over Shved again today.

Sergio Rodriguez is the motor for Milan. He has only been under 30 DraftKings points once in the last five rounds. Efes is more offense than defense on the perimeter, so Sergio still has some good potential here. That said, I wouldn’t use him over Lorenzo Brown right now. Brown has taken off lately.

Despite the great matchup, I’m not messing with the inconsistency of Jordan Loyd. Thomas Walkup has a similarly superb matchup and is a little easier to rely on. The same is true for Marius Grigonis, who seems completely over the foot injury that sidelined him for a couple of rounds.

The first leg of a trip to Germany didn’t go so well for the Olympiacos guards. I have a feeling the second wont either. Berlin’s guards played very well last week. There’s a chance that Brandon Paul and Spanoulis shake off Round 9’s disaster, but I think there are better places to look.

Quino Colom has been very good with Sam Van Rossom out. He doesn’t have the ability of Van Rossom, but he does a really good job of running the offense when he’s on the court. Guillem Vives does take the other half of his minutes though. Both are very good value plays though since this rotation seems set with Van Rossom out. Valencia is still winning.

Round 9 was the second straight game of 25 DraftKings points for Lukas Lekavicius. Lekavicius has outplayed both starting guards for Zalgiris lately yet is still just $5,700. With Alex Perez on his way out, expect Lekavicius to keep this up.

With both Olympiacos starting guards struggling in round 9, Wade Baldwin came in and scored more DraftKings points in one game than he had in all five of his previous games combined. Can we count on this again? I don’t know, but for $5,200, I’ll damn sure find out!

As if we needed more guard value, Chris Kramer turned in his best outing of the season in Round 9 and is still just $4,700. Kramer is the safer alternative to Baldwin and Lekavicius, but he doesn’t have near the upside.
