Top star players, best value picks, and guys you should stay a way from on November 24 in NBA Daily Fantasy Sports on DraftKings and FanDuel.

Welcome to Studs, Scrubs, and Duds; FanSided’s daily fantasy NBA lineup helper.

Here’s what’s on the slate for tonight:

6 p.m. ET: Brooklyn at New York, Sacramento at Washington
8 p.m. ET: Phoenix at Denver
9 p.m. ET: New Orleans at LA Clippers

How this works:

Studs: Top high salary picks that you can build your lineup around.
Scrubs: Value players looking for a big night or consistent options to help fill out your lineup.
Duds: Players to avoid given their high salary and/or poor matchup.

Five players are picked on each slide, positions are not applicable, and both DraftKings and FanDuel salaries are listed.

Studs

Lou Williams (vs. NO – $7,000 on DK; $6,900 on FD): George and Leonard will get all the attention but Lou is the better value bet. He’s going to take advantage of the Pelicans lack of depth, destroying them on the pick-and-roll with Montrezl Harrell. Williams will get his points against the weak defense and assists as well.

Nikola Jokic (vs PHO – $9,200 on DK; $10,000 on FD): Jokic has been inconsistent this season but the Suns are on a back-to-back and Jokic has a proven strong history against them. Granted, Baynes is a better defender than Ayton and could give Jokic a little more trouble. But tired legs loom.

Jrue Holiday (at LAC – $7,900 on DK; $8,600 on FD): The Clippers are weak against the position, though it’s improving now that they have their two stars on the court. But Holiday is at a good price, especially on DK. He’s a better value bet than someone like Ingram, who I am not feeling on Sunday.

Buddy Hield (at WAS – $7,200 on DK; $7,500 on FD): Hield is hit and miss but everyone is hitting against the Wizards. He has big scoring potential and given the state of the Wizards defense, this should be a game where Hield racks up the points while chipping in elsewhere.

Marcus Morris (vs BKN – $6,800 on DK; $6,700 on FD): It’s a back to back for the Knicks and they are the Knicks, but Morris has arguably been their best player this season. And the Nets offer very little defense, especially against frontcourt players. Morris might flirt with a double-double and the points are a big guarantee.
