DraftKings college football showdown picks November 28

Looking at flex plays, Kylin Hill is a must due to his consistency. Mississippi State runs him no matter what and this Ole Miss defense isn’t as good as they have been in recent years. Two non-negotiable flex plays for me are Hill and Elijah Moore. With Ealy at captain, that leaves us $7,033 for the last three slots.

I’m not in any hurry to play any Mississippi State receivers and the quarterback situation is maybe sorted out. Penn State transfer Tommy Stevens led the offense for most of the game against Abilene Christian and all of the game against Alabama. Garrett Schrader also played well against Abilene when given a chance. What that tells me is that even though Stevens is the starter, he likely still has a short leash.

Paying $10,400 for someone with a short leash isn’t a great idea. If we want to pay up for Plumlee with Hill and Moore already locked in, we have to play both kickers or Deddrick Thomas, Mississippi State’s leading receiver last game with three receptions, and Luke Logan from Ole Miss to round out our flex options.

If you’re comfortable with that, then great! You’re done! If you want better flex options, you’ll have to move down to Gibson at captain or not play Plumlee.
