DraftKings NBA Point Guards:

Best Bets:

Luka Doncic ($11,300): We likely have to choose between Luka and Harden to anchor our lineup tonight, so let’s just compare those two. We know Luka’s worth the price. We know Harden’s worth the price. Those are given. Luka put up 61 DraftKings points on the Pelicans the first time around and has at least 56 DraftKings points in all but one of his last dozen games. The Pels are ranked dead last in fantasy points allowed to point guards. How about Harden? You’ll have to check the next page.

Damian Lillard ($8,400): Lillard has pedestrian numbers for him since his return. He’s a safe option for cash games, but so long as CJ keeps putting up the numbers he is and as long as Melo is a big part of this offense, we aren’t going to see ceiling games from Lillard anytime soon. We can do better in GPP formats.

Honorable Mention:

Jamal Murray ($6,600): Murray’s shooting has been off and on lately, but his price reflects that. If he hits half of his shots, Murray is going to clear value with ease. If not, he’s probably going to disappoint us. Murray’s floor is still the high 20’s though, so he’s an acceptable risk in GPP formats. We all know his ceiling is very high for someone in this price range.

Markelle Fultz ($5,500): The Wizards are giving up points like the Washington Generals. They have already given up 150 or more twice this year and given up 140 a couple more times. Fultz isn’t an elite scorer, but he is getting better. His game is still evolving, but this feels like a ceiling game here against Washington. Orlando isn’t going to let them run like usual, but the Magic are still going to get more chances that usual.

Lonzo Ball ($5,400): Ball started and played 33 minutes on Sunday with Williams out, so it’s safe to assume he’ll have about the same role against Dallas. Ball doesn’t have a ton of upside here given the opponent, but for the minutes he’ll play, most of them with the ball, there is enough to use him.

Dark Horse:

Delon Wright ($4,900): Wright is aggravatingly inconsistent, but his monster game in the win over the Lakers shouldn’t go unnoticed. Wright likely gained some separation from Curry and THJ here as neither of them are really capable of the all-around success he enjoyed on Sunday. This is a GPP flier only unless the Mavs start Wright. Then you can consider him in all formats.

Austin Rivers ($4,000): If House is out again, it could lead to another big night for Rivers because McLemore will be playing elsewhere, not blocking Rivers’ minutes. Rivers put up 30.5 DraftKings points in 32 minutes, so he can put up nice numbers for the price. Make sure House is out first before taking this leap though.
