DraftKings NBA picks December 4: Back to Luka

It’s a heavier day in the Association with ten games for our DraftKings NBA tournaments. Luka and LeBron (not to mention A.D.) are on the second night of back to back sets, so watch for “load management” tonight. Let’s get to the confirmed injuries first.

Out: Kyrie Irving (shoulder), Ja Morant (back), Marvin Bagley (thumb), Marcus Smart (oblique), Goran Dragic (groin), Caris LeVert (thumb), Mike Conley (hamstring), Aron Baynes (calf), Otto Porter (foot), De’Andre Hunter (finger), Avery Bradley (leg), Deandre Ayton (suspension), Reggie Jackson (back), Hamidou Diallo (elbow), Allen Crabbe (knee), Zach Collins (shoulder), Jusuf Nurkic (leg), Steph Curry (hand), Klay Thompson (knee), Jacob Evans (hip), Nikola Vucevic (ankle), John Collins (suspension), De’Aaron Fox (ankle), Al-Farouq Aminu (knee), DeMarcus Cousins (knee), Gordon Hayward (hand), Tacko Fall (knee), KZ Okpala (Achilles), Andre Roberson (knee), Victor Oladipo (knee), JaKarr Sampson (back), Cristiano Felicio (wrist), Andre Iguodala (personal), Khyri Thomas (foot), Jake Layman (toe).

Questionable: D’Angelo Russell (thumb), Jonas Valanciunas (illness), Ricky Rubio (hand), Brandon Clarke (hip), Kevin Huerter (shoulder), Damion Lee (hand), Sterling Brown (shoulder), Kyle Anderson (heel), Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (calf), Chandler Hutchison (shoulder), Chandler Parsons (illness), Wilson Chandler (suspension), Kevin Durant (Achilles),

The fact that Russell has a questionable designation is certainly progress, but even if he plays, I would think it will be in a limited capacity. It will take Russell at least a week to get back to the minutes that he was playing. The Warriors have only ping pong balls to play for, so don’t expect them to overdo it.

I had one good and one bad lineup last night. My Harden-Capela build broke 300 despite a big disappointment from Zubac and Darius Garland. The other was deep-sixed by LouWIll, Benny Mac, Nance, Porzingis, hell, pretty much everyone besides Luka and Fournier.

moklovin got another takedown with 361.25 DraftKings points. He survived McRae thanks to huge value out of Poeltl, D.J. Augustin, and Lonnie Walker at 0.2% ownership. Beal and Harden carried the lineup.
