College GameDay made their way to Atlanta for the SEC Championship Game between Georgia and LSU and these were the best signs from down south.

On college football conference championship Saturday, there are no small games. Every game is between two of the best teams in the country. But that means that the ESPN College GameDay crew might have a difficult decision regarding where they should take the show. As the No. 2 ranked LSU Tigers and No. 4 Georgia Bulldogs are set to meet in Atlanta, however, it was no contest.

The matchup on Saturday afternoon is massively important between two of the best teams in college football this season as they battle in the SEC Championship Game. A win for LSU puts them as perhaps the No. 1 seed in the College Football Playoff while Georgia falls out and opens up a spot for someone else. But a victory for the Bulldogs might get both teams into the CFP.

In terms of College GameDay, though, one thing you always worry about with a game like the SEC Championship is whether or not the fans show up to a neutral site where neither school is from. That might be less of a worry in the SEC and in Atlanta than in other places, though.

Though Atlanta is technically not the home of either LSU or Georgia, it’s definitively in the heart of SEC country. So did the fans bring the heat with their College GameDay signs on Saturday morning ahead of this huge game? Let’s take a look at the best of the morning:
