Top star players, best value picks, and guys you should stay a way from on December 10 in NBA Daily Fantasy Sports on DraftKings and FanDuel.

Welcome to Studs, Scrubs, and Duds; FanSided’s NBA DFS lineup helper.

Here’s what’s on the slate for tonight:

7 p.m. ET: Washington at Charlotte
8 p.m. ET: Atlanta at Miami, Denver at Philadelphia
10 p.m. ET: New York at Portland

How this works:

Studs: Top high salary picks that you can build your lineup around.
Scrubs: Value players looking for a big night or consistent options to help fill out your lineup.
Duds: Players to avoid given their high salary and/or poor matchup.

Five players are picked on each slide, positions are not applicable, and both DraftKings and FanDuel salaries are listed.

Studs

Jimmy Butler (vs ATL – $9,100 on DK; $9,600 on FD): Butler might not be the top salary, but could end up as the highest scorer on the night given the matchup. The only issue with Butler is that Miami plays a well-rounded team game and he could take a bit of a backseat. But with Adebayo listed as questionable and Winslow out, Butler should be more of a focal point.

Bradley Beal (at CHA – $9,300 on DK; $9,700 on FD): If Butler doesn’t end up as the top scorer, I’d be shocked if it wasn’t Beal who was at the top of the list. He has an easy matchup against the Hornets and the Wizards offense is operating at a very high level right now. Beal should have an easy night at the office on Tuesday given his ability and the matchup. Take him with confidence.

Devonte’ Graham (vs WAS – $8,400 on DK; $7,900 on FD): Speaking of easy matchups. The Wizards has been outstanding, but the defense has been lacking. The offense should be up in a big way in this game and Graham is the best player on the floor for Charlotte. He’ll be a big time scorer in this one.

Hassan Whiteside (vs NY – $8,000 on DK; $8,600 on FD): Whiteside is a numbers guy and he should be able to get numbers against the Knicks. A double-double is nearly guaranteed and expect a big rebounding output given the opponent and how many shots they typically miss. He’ll also provide some blocks and easy buckets in the paint as the Knicks are worried about the guards of the Blazers.
