DraftKings NBA Point Guards:

Best Bets:

Russell Westbrook ($9,800): For the moment, Westbrook is better per dollar than Harden. Now that Harden’s price went up yet again with no real basis for it, I’m content to use Russ if I want a piece of the Rockets. Westbrook has at least 50 DraftKings points on four straight and was the leader of the offense on Monday night. I don’t know that the Rockets are capable of blowing out even a bad team like the Cavs, but on the chance that they are, I may just avoid this whole situation.

Devonte Graham ($8,300): Graham put up 47.75 DraftKings points on this Nets team for the same price on Friday. There’s a good chance that he comes somewhere close to that again. Graham is the go-to scorer for Charlotte right now. His playmaking ability gives him a high enough floor to use, even at this price.

Honorable Mention:

Ricky Rubio ($7,300): Rubio wasn’t all that great against Memphis his first time around, but with the way he has been playing lately, I’m willing to roll him out there tonight. Rubio has 42 assists over the last three games. His passing has always been superb, but it seems that now he has people around him that make shots when he gets the ball to them. This is purely based on Rubio’s playmaking ability right now.

Ja Morant ($7,300): Morant made a nice return, racking up 41.5 DraftKings points on a Warriors team that has defended the perimeter well. The Suns couldn’t contain Morant in the first meeting. The rookie picked up 39.25 DraftKings points in just 28 minutes in that one. If Morant continues to play well over 30 minutes, he could be in for another big night here.

Dark Horses:

Collin Sexton ($5,000): Boston and Philly shut down Sexton with their salty defense. He wont have to worry about that against Houston. This will be a fast-paced game and Sexton will see plenty of open looks. I see no reason for him not to get back on track here. Sexton’s upside has proven to be pretty limited this year, but the price is low enough that he can still flirt with 7x value if his shots fall.

Alex Caruso ($3,900): This is only if Rondo is out. Surprisingly, the Lakers ran Caruso 30 minutes against Minnesota and he responded in a big way with 32 DraftKings points. Why mess with the Knicks situation? All three were garbage last night. If Rondo plays, I would rather roll the dice with Cory Joseph than take a Knicks PG.
