DraftKings NBA Centers:

Best Bets:

Karl-Anthony Towns ($10,000): Towns rebounded from a tough game against the Lakers by ravaging an undersized Suns front that was still missing Baynes. Towns put up a flat double-double against Utah the last time, but took them for 63.25 in the first meeting. Which KAT shows up tonight? The bad news is the house KAT has been worse than the road KAT.

Clint Capela ($8,000): Russ has been stealing Capela’s boards lately, which has caused Capela to come in under value lately. He can dominate this Cleveland front, but will Capela be a big enough part of the blowout to hit value if he only plays 25 minutes? I wouldn’t count on it. There’s sizeable risk here.

Honorable Mention:

Jarrett Allen ($6,800): The Hornets are the new Nets. The addition of Jordan has made sure the Nets aren’t a laughingstock in the middle anymore. That distinction falls to the Hornets right now. What better way to honor the changing of the guard than to turn Allen loose on the Charlotte front that he has dominated for 82.75 DraftKings points in just 49 minutes this year? There isn’t one. Allen is one of my favorite plays of the night.

Richaun Holmes ($6,300): Holmes slowed down a bit at the end of a road trip that started very promising. He’s still a bit inconsistent, but the first year as a starter for Holmes has gone better than most thought. This is a nice matchup against the Thunder, and Holmes is averaging a full four DraftKings points more per game at home this year. Expect a strong game from Holmes again.

Dark Horses:

DeAndre Jordan ($5,000): Jordan is the unquestioned backup right now, but Charlotte has been so bad against centers that both Jordan and Allen have both had big games against them both times. The last meeting was on Friday, so it’s not like these took place a month ago. Jordan is still worth a look if you can’t find the $1,800 for Allen.

Aron Baynes ($4,900): Baynes only played 15 minutes in his return to the court, so that minutes limit scares me a little. However, Baynes did put up 21 DraftKings points in those 15 minutes and he faces a Memphis team the he put up 32 DraftKings points on in 27 minutes. If Baynes plays 20 minutes, he should hit value, but the upside is limited.
