DraftKings NBA picks December 22: Brow’s breakout

There are only five games on our Sunday in the NBA, but the DraftKings NBA slates are chopped. There is one early showdown out there featuring the Mavs and Raptors. Unfortuately, Siakam and Luka are both hurt. We’ll cover that one after the injuries.

Out: Luka Doncic (ankle), Pascal Siakam (groin), Normal Powell (shoulder), Marc Gasol (hamstring),  Matt Thomas (finger), Stanley Johnson (groin),

Questionable: Curry and Wright are both probable, so this is a really simple injury report. The injuries do open up a ton of value on the early slate. We really don’t have to worry about pricing on that slate. We just have to discern which value plays will be the best.

The four game main slate is littered with injuries as it has been with most DraftKings NBA slates so far this year. Let’s check those out to find some value on the main slate.

Out: LeBron James (muscle strain), Kawhi Leonard (rest), Victor Oladipo (knee), P.J. Washington (hand), Eric Bledsoe (leg), Marcus Smart (eye), Hamidou Diallo (elbow), JaMychal Green (back), Wesley Matthews (thigh), Dragan Bender (ankle), Robert Williams (bone), Vincent Poirier (finger), DeMarcus Cousins (knee), Andre Roberson (knee).

Questionable: Domantas Sabonis (hip), Gordon Hayward (foot), Paul Millsap (knee), Jeremy Lamb (groin).

Being LeBron is listed as doubtful, I really doubt that he’ll play, especially with Kuzma available. Sabonis is the only really big news that we need to wait on.
