DraftKings NBA picks December 31: Sweet VanVleet

The DraftKings NBA slate is a bit split up today. We have two afternoon games that start at 3pm eastern with the other four games making up the main DraftKings NBA slate. The stars are on the night slate. Well, if they play. Much like last night, there’s a whole lot of injury news that we had to wait for. I was wrong on Giannis last night, but right with Washington value. What value opens up tonight?

Out: Pascal Siakam (groin), Steph Curry (hand), Klay Thompson (knee), D’Angelo Russell (illness), Marc Gasol (hamstring), Norman Powell (shoulder), Willie Cauley-Stein (illness), Paul Millsap (quad), Hamidou Diallo (elbow), Kevon Looney (abdomen), Matt Thomas (finger), Dewan Hernandez (ankle), Nene (hip), Gerald Green (foot).

Questionable: Luka Doncic (wrist), James Harden (toe), Clint Capela (heel), Dennis Schroder (ankle), Danilo Gallinari (ankle), Tim Hardaway Jr (hamstring), Ky Bowman (illness), Bol Bol (foot), Ryan Broekhoff (knee).

Ky Bowman’s master plan of getting the rest of the team sick so he could play may backfire as he is in danger of missing this one too. I tend to think that Luka and Harden play, but we won’t know for sure until sometime tomorrow afternoon.

All of my lineups were looking good until Jarrett Allen ruined them. Even my three out of four lineups with McRae couldn’t make up for that jackass. Big nights from Booker and Lillard didn’t even bail me out because I had Dragic and Giannis too. The turbo and night lineups both cashed, so I only ended up a couple of bucks down.

b8m4s took it down with 374.5 DraftKings points. He built with Dinwiddie, Hassan, and Oubre and got a massive second half from Dieng and great value out of McRae and Culver finally pulled through to put him over the top.
