player. 46. . Defensive Lineman. Indianapolis Colts. Javon Kinlaw. 13

The Indianapolis Colts ended the 2019 regular season on a downer, as they lost to division rival Jacksonville in Week 17, ending another season outside of the playoffs. Of course, the Colts were delivered a huge blow before the season even started, as former starting quarterback Andrew Luck announced his retirement during the preseason.

Jacoby Brissett did his best to keep the ship afloat, but he is nowhere near the caliber of quarterback Luck is at this point in his career. He had his moments, but the question remains whether or not he will be the guy going forward for the Colts franchise.

On the other side of the ball, the Colts could use some extra talent up front along the line, and South Carolina’s Javon Kinlaw is one of the more versatile defensive linemen in this draft class. He can stuff the run, and get after the quarterback, and would be an excellent addition to a Colts defense that is young, but very talented.

Isaiah Simmons. 14. player. 48. . Linebacker/Safety. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a huge question to be answered as they head into the offseason, and that is whether or not Jameis Wintson is going to be their quarterback moving forward. Winston threw for a ton of yards in his first season in Bruce Arians’ offense, but he also was a turnover machine, which was punctuated by him throwing a pick-six in overtime to lose the finale to Atlanta.

While it remains to be seen whether or not Winston will be the guy, the smart thing would be either franchise tagging him, or letting him walk. There is no way Tampa Bay offers him a long-term deal, but another year under Arians could be just what  he needs to get his career back on track.

Looking at the Bucs defense, they have a lot of issues, but could clear up two of them by adding the most versatile defensive player in this draft class. Isaiah Simmons from Clemson can play linebacker, edge, or safety at the NFL, and based on what we have seen from Tampa Bay’s defense this season, they need all the help they can get.
