DraftKings NBA picks January 12: Kawhi has it
We have a fairly busy day with seven games in the Association today. The DraftKings NBA slates are chopped though with two games tipping off at 3:30 eastern for the early DraftKings NBA slates. The other five games make up the DraftKings NBA main slate.
The injury report isnāt as long today as yesterday, but there are still some that we have to keep an eye on and some others that open up value. Letās get to it!
Out: Paul George (hamstring), Steph Curry (hand), Fred VanVleet (hamstring), Klay Thompson (knee), Paul Millsap (knee), Damion Lee (contract), Jabari Parker (shoulder), Dewan Hernandez (ankle), Kevin Durant (Achilles), Bruno Fernando (personal), Frank Kaminsky (knee), Andre Iguodala (personal), Kevon Looney (abdomen).
Questionable: Trae Young (hamstring), Pascal Siakam (groin), Marc Gasol (hamstring), DeāAndre Hunter (foot), JaMychal Green (knee), Garrett Temple (knee), Wilson Chandler (hamstring).
Kyrie is expected to play tonight, but since he hasnāt played since November 14, I would expect him to play limited minutes. Thereās no way Iām paying the price for him. Russell will play, but he has only been out six games so maybe he wont be on a restriction. There is other news to watch. I will try to update as I can throughout the day.
I only put one of five lineups in the money last night thanks to Drummond and Grant. However, the cashing lineup got all the way up to 322nd place with 323 DraftKings points. I even survived NAW in this lineup thanks to Giannis, Rondo, Kuzma, LaVine and Sixers value.
Rudy1006 got the takedown with 356.25 DraftKings points. He went balanced with Tatum, Ball, LaVine, Kuzma, Rondo, Love, Horf, and Jaxson Hayes. Once again, a balanced lineup took it down.
Just because you donāt see someone on here doesnāt mean they arenāt a good play. I only have so much room, and Iām not going anyone a favor if I recommend more than half of the players at a position. If you have a feeling about someone, by all means, follow that. I mostly follow numbers and trends.
