DraftKings NBA Power Forwards:

Best Bets:

Anthony Davis ($10,000): Gordon has been starting at the four for Orlando, which is a huge mismatch for Davis. I tend to think they’ll use Vucevic on Davis, but if Davis is right, Vuce can’t handle him either. The price is a little high for someone that has missed three straight games, but he just might be worth it.Ā Update: Davis is OUT again, so pile on Kyle Kuzma!

Domantas Sabonis ($8,300): I wouldn’t be all that surprised if the Pacers elected to hold Sabonis out here. It looked like the knee was still bugging him in Monday despite another solid performance. They likely wont need him against a bumbling Minnesota team. If Sabonis plays though, this is a really good matchup. I just don’t know if I trust the knee is 100%.

Honorable Mention:

Nemanja Bjelica ($6,300): It doesn’t seem like Bagley’s return was a detriment to Bjelica. In fact, he was even better! Bjelica torched Orlando for 53.25 DraftKings points on Monday. He topped 50 in the first meeting with Dallas too. I really like Bjelica at this price until I have a reason not to.

Carmelo Anthony ($6,200): If you don’t think Melo is fired up for a return to Houston, you’re crazy. He was disappointed with how the Rockets handled him and ended up feuding with every authority figure. When the Rockets let him go, it effectively ended his NBA career, or so we thought. Portland gave him another lease on NBA life. I think Melo shows his appreciation against a team that he feels wronged him.

Dark Horses:

Davis Bertans ($5,500): Big Red torched the Bulls for 43.5 DraftKings points in the fist meeting. His first two games back have been solid, but since he is still playing limited minutes. Bertans hasn’t got back to the level he was at just yet. Still, 54.25 DraftKings points in 47 minutes is very good for his first two games back. If the Wizards play him 30 minutes tonight, 6x value seems likely.

Anthony Tolliver ($3,900): Tolliver has had a pretty uneventful season until he erupted in the fourth quarter of the comeback win against Charlotte. Tolliver has 58 DraftKings points over the last two games. After those performances, I think Portland has no choice but to keep giving him good run.

Michael Porter ($3,700): Trying to decide how Denver is going to use Porter is about as fruitless of an effort as trying to decide how they were going to use Kenneth Faried. Both were high-upside players that put up big numbers when given playing time and pedestrian numbers when not. Porter’s minutes have fluctuated all over the place of late. If I knew they were going to use him agianst Charlotte, Porter would be a lock. Of he could play three minutes like he did on Saturday. We just don’t know.
