DraftKings EuroLeague Guards:

The top tier of guards is loaded with poor matchups. Shved was held to his lowest total of the year in the first game against Real Madrid, so I’m not wasting my money on him, especially with Llull back to help defend him.

Next you have the Fenerbahce duo of Nando de Colo and Kostas Sloukas. Nando missed the first matchup, and Sloukas only put up 18 DraftKings points with Nando out. This feels like a waste of money too. Sloukas is the best of the three for today, and I’m not all that excited about him.

Facundo Campazzo is my favorite guard today. Not only is he very consistent, but he dropped 30 DraftKings points in the first meeting with Khimki, which was almost double Shved’s total. He may not hit 30 again, but he should at least be in the 20’s. I wouldn’t guarantee that from the other three.

Scottie Wilbekin and his ankle are just fine. He has at least 27 DraftKings points in each of the two rounds since his return. Now he gets a very favorable matchup with Milan. The better news is that Tyler Dorsey hasn’t slowed down since Wilbekin’s return. They are playing well together, and I will run the tandem in at least one lineup. This does take away Elijah Bryant as a value play though.

Malcolm Delaney has become one of my favorite plays for cash games. Not many teams have held him under 20 DraftKings points. Fenerbahce didn’t in the first meeting either. 20 is about what to expect from him here, but that’s not a horrible return. The consistency is what you’re paying for.

The price on Sergio Llull is really tempting, but he was very rusty in 15 minutes on Tuesday. He didn’t even score a point! I would expect better returns here, but 20 DraftKings points seems a little too optimistic. Keifer Sykes seems like a much safer value play.
