Main DraftKings NBA picks January 20: Lillard is the hammer

The NBA celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s birthday features a massive 14 game DraftKings NBA slate. This would be the largest of the season, but DraftKings chopped it up. We have nine early games, which makes that the main slate. This takes a look at the five game “main” slate. Who is out for tonight’s festivities?

Out: Steph Curry (hand), Klay Thompson (knee), CJ McCollum (ankle), Jamal Murray (ankle), Victor Oladipo (knee), Jusuf Nurkic (leg), Trevor Ariza (traded), Rudy Gay (illness), Gary Harris (groin), Paul Millsap (knee), Aron Baynes (hip), Zach Collins (shoulder), Jake Layman (toe), Bol Bol (foot), Rodney Hood (Achilles), Skal Labissiere (knee), Kevon Looney (abdomen), Jacob Evans (concussion), Wenyen Gabriel (traded), Robert Williams (hip), DeMarcus Cousins (knee), Frank Kaminsky (knee).

Questionable: Glenn Robinson III (ankle), Cam Johnson (quad), Rajon Rondo (finger), Allen Crabbe (illness).

Oubre is on track to play, which helps the Suns. Most of these questionables will likely be ruled out at some point throughout the day. Just keep an eye on it. That will determine which way our lineups go.

Both of my lineups were in the top 350 last night. They were mostly different, yet less than two points apart. Dougie McBuckets helped propel the line that I faded Jokic in. The other had Bam and Jokic with Sabonis, so I had pretty much the right player pool.

victoryformation1776 took it down with 324.25 DraftKings points. He built with Sabonis, Bam, Jokic, and DeRozan and got nice value out of Nunn, McDermott, McConnell, and Marco Belinelli.

Just because you don’t see someone on here doesn’t mean they aren’t a good play. I only have so much room, and I’m not going anyone a favor if I recommend more than half of the players at a position. If you have a feeling about someone, by all means, follow that. I mostly follow numbers and trends.
