Miami Dolphins. Tua Tagovailoa. 3. player. 59. . Quarterback

The Miami Dolphins have to get their quarterback in 2020, and with all the noise surrounding Tua Tagovailoa, the fact is, all signs point to him being able to fully heal from his hip injury. If that is the case, he is once again the best quarterback prospect in the draft, although he does fall to No. 3 here to Miami.

Miami will have to trade up to get Tua, who was one of the more electric players in college football when healthy, but they will be glad they did once he is able to play. Last year, the Dolphins actually played competitive football despite the fact the organization kept selling off head coach Brian Flores’ top guys, who that just shows you how good a coach they have in Flores.

Bringing in Tua would signal a change to the organization, and they could even roll with Ryan Fitzpatrick once again in 2019 if Tagovailoa is not ready to go. This is a kid who is going to be very good in this league for years to come, and for a Miami fan base desperate for a perennial winner, he is definitely a step in that direction.

13. . Quarterback. Los Angeles Chargers. Justin Herbert. 4. player

This past week, reports were swirling around about Los Angeles Chargers starting quarterback Philip Rivers, who is entering free agency this offseason. Rivers moved his family permanently out of San Diego to Florida, and many expect him to be the front-runner to take over for Jameis Winston in Tampa Bay next season.

Whether or not that happens, the truth is that this franchise needs to go another route at quarterback, and they trade up to do so to No. 4 overall. With a solid Senior Bowl, Oregon star quarterback Justin Herbert should cement himself as a top-5 pick, especially after leading his Ducks to a Rose Bowl victory a month ago.

Herbert is also one of the more NFL-ready players in this draft class, as many expected him to be a high draft pick last year,  but he instead went back to Oregon for a fourth season. He has all the tools to be a starting quarterback in this league for a long time, and for a Chargers team entering a new building, he would be a breath of fresh air.
