DraftKings EuroLeague basketball picks January 24

We have the lighter side of Round 21 on our DraftKings EuroLeague slate today with four games. This is a deeper guard pool than yesterday, but forward is much thinner. Where should we stack up? Where can we find value? Let’s check the injuries first.

Out: Anthony Randolph (calf), Bryant Dunston (arms), Charles Kahudi (ankle), Jeff Brooks (hamstring), Riccardo Moraschini (hamstring), Marius Grigonis, Stefan Peno.

Questionable: Ahmet Duverioglu (hamstring).

Efes head coach Ergin Ataman plans on Vasilije Micic playing today, but there is no word on whether he will be limited or not. It is probably best to leave Micic for next round and see how this one goes from the outside. Other than that, it’s a pretty easy slate. Duverioglu really wasn’t on the radar anyway.

I came up with another solid score yesterday, but chasing the value of Kosta Koufos ended up costing me. Claver was good enough. James and Shved both had down rounds, so the rest of the solid scores were all for naught.

The rotations can be frustrating sometimes as more players see the court than in your average NBA game. The games themselves are also shorter, playing four ten minute quarters as opposed to 12 minutes in the NBA. The court is smaller, the lane is bigger, and the three point line is closer, but the action is still what you would expect from world class basketball!

For DraftKings EuroLeague, we can’t expect 5x value like in the NBA. Most winning lineups are around 180-200 DraftKings points, which is around 3.5 – 4x value.
