10. Michigan at Ohio State

Date: Saturday, Nov. 28 – Week 13

Even in a loaded week like the final week of the college football season, everyone always tunes in to watch The Game between the Ohio State Buckeyes and Michigan Wolverines. Though it hasn’t necessarily been the case in recent years (thanks, John Harbaugh), it’s a game that often decides the standings in the Big Ten and, of course, a game where fans from both sides are heavily invested.

Given that the Buckeyes have won eight straight games over their rivals, this game has, begrudgingly, lost some of the shine that it would normally have. At the same time, though, it’s one of the reasons why the 2020 iteration of The Game could be must-watch as Harbaugh potentially tries to make one last-ditch effort to save his job in Ann Arbor.

There’s no need of rehashing all of Harbaugh’s shortcomings at Michigan but they can all be boiled down to the fact that he’s never won against Ohio State. In fact, his Wolverines have been embarrassed in the past two meetings between the rivals. And now looking at another hopeful savior at quarterback in Dylan McCaffrey, this could be his final opportunity to prove he’s the right guy for Michigan.

In a different vein, Ryan Day surely doesn’t want to have his winning streak against the Wolverines end, especially with a talented group returning to Columbus off of a College Football Playoff appearance. Therefore, though it’s been a one-sided rivalry for nearly a decade now, you’re still going to be missing out if you aren’t watching The Game in the final week of the regular season.
