Javon Kinlaw. 13. player. 46. . Defensive Lineman. Indianapolis Colts

The Indianapolis Colts are another team with a lot of questions heading into next season, and the biggest one revolves around the quarterback position. Will they roll with Jacoby Brissett again in 2019, or will the team go out and get a new signal-caller via the NFL Draft or free agency, that is what is on everybody’s mind right now.

However, sitting at No. 13 overall, they are not going to get one of the three elite talents in this draft, so they may decide to roll the dice on one of the veteran free agent quarterbacks, or give Brissett another shot at proving he is the guy moving forward. With the 13th pick, the Colts would be wise to bolster their defensive line, bringing in a monster of a talent in Javon Kinlaw from South Carolina.

Kinlaw is a guy who jumps off the tape, and on this Colts defensive, he would be filling in one of their few holes. Not only can he stuff the run, but he is athletic enough to cause damage in the backfield, and if the Colts are going to improve in a very tight AFC South, they have to be able to get stops on a more consistent basis.

Quarterback. Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Jordan Love. 14. player. 48.

During the Senior Bowl week down in Mobile, Alabama, there were more than a handful of players who stood out on both sides of the ball. One of those players was no doubt Jordan Love from Utah State, who has all the physical abilities to be a legitimate starting quarterback in the NFL for years to come.

When it comes to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, they may be thinking about turning the page on the quarterback position, as former No. 1 overall pick Jameis Winston’s contract is up. Sure, Winston can throw for 400 yards on any given Sunday, but he is also a turnover machine, something head coach Bruce Arians cannot stand in his quarterbacks.

Love may not be ready to start right away, which is fine, as the Bucs could go out and get former Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers as a bridge for a year or so. In the end, he could prove to be an absolute steal at No. 14 overall, as he has an incredibly strong arm, and can make play with his feet as well.
