DraftKings NBA Power Forwards:

Best Bets:

Giannis Antetokounmpo ($11,000): I’m a bit concerned because the Bucks wont need Giannis against Phoenix. Hell, they barely need Middleton at this point. If Giannis is in there, he does more damage in his 28 minutes than anyone else does in 40. He’s worth the price. I just don’t see upside against the Suns.

Pascal Siakam ($9,100): The Toronto front just ravaged Detroit on Friday. What do you think they’ll do to the Bulls? My only concern is that the Bulls wont be able to keep this close. LaVine has cooled off and Toronto has shut him down anyway. I might run Siakam and Ibaka in one lineup, but the blowout potential is much higher in this game than the other two. That’s saying something with Milwaukee playing Phoenix.

Honorable Mention:

Zion Williamson ($7,700): I’m going to say this in the most diplomatic way possible: DraftKings is ripping you off. Zion is still on a minutes cap of 30, and while he has been a force while on the court, he still hasn’t hit 40 DraftKings points. This could be the first time he does. My issue with this price is that it takes the high end of Zion’s output to hit 5x value. I’m not saying he can’t do it. He usually does. The issue is that 250 wont cash in GPP’s. You need more than 5x value and probably aren’t getting it here.

Dark Horses:

Thad Young ($5,200): Young is playing big minutes with Markkanen out and producing solid numbers. My issue is the lack of rebounds. He was a solid rebounder with the Pacers. I suppose that adds a little upside to Young, but he’s not a proficient offensive player and no longer rebounds with a purpose. Despite the minutes, Thad is still a risk at this price.

Danuel House ($4,100): House took Capela’s place in the starting lineup on Friday and responded with a solid 27.75 DraftKings points. House has little upside with Russ and Harden both on the floor, but he’s a great value play in any format at this price for the minutes he gets.
