DraftKings NBA Small Forwards:

Best Bets:

LeBron James ($10,100): LeBron has 126.5 DraftKings points in two games against the Spurs so far. The thing that has me worried is that the Spurs are really weak inside. If Davis is indeed taking over like LeBron insists, this will be another Davis game. The good news is that you can fit both if you are willing to fade both Lillard and Harden. The bad news is that you have to choose between LeBron and Davis if you want Lillard.

Khris Middleton ($7,300): Middleton has actually cleared 5x value in the last two games even with Giannis playing. The reason for that is the Bucks are content limiting Giannis to around 28-30 minutes. They are playing Middleton more without Giannis on the court and it is showing in his overall production. Considering that Middleton put up 40 in the first meeting with the Pelicans, I trust him to do so here as well.

Honorable Mention:

Brandon Ingram ($7,000): Ingram put up 40 on the Bucks the first time around. Things were a lot different then, but Ingram and Zion seem to be getting used to each other. That’s a bad thing for opposing teams. Ingram doesn’t have near the upside that he once did with the team at full strength now, but the price reflects that. I like Ingram for this price.

Will Barton ($6,500): This may be a time to jump on Barton instead of Jokic. Portland is far worse against forwards than center. Barton has 74 DraftKings points in 66 minutes against Portland so far this year. He has also taken over most of Murray’s role over the last two games. If Murray is out, make sure Barton is in (your lineups).

Dark Horses:

J.J. Redick ($3,700): Redick turned in every DFS player’s worst nightmare on Sunday, and it highlights the risk we take every time we use him. Redick didn’t hit a shot from the field. In fact, he had ZERO DraftKings points in 14 minutes. Against the Rockets! It’s hard to trust him after that pathetic outing, but he did scorch the Bucks earlier this year, for what that’s worth.

Ben McLemore ($3,400): If Rivers is out, that’s going to mean a lot more minutes for McLemore. McLemore performs well when he’s in there. He’s a good shooter, even if he provides nothing else. Mac is a decent dart throw any night, especially in a situation like this where he could see a lot more minutes than usual.
