21. player. 54. . Wide Receiver. Philadelphia Eagles. Tee Higgins

The Philadelphia Eagles were the last team standing in a very weak NFC East this past season, punching their ticket to the playoffs in Week 17 against the New York Giants. However, the Eagles would end up losing in the Wild Card Round due to  the fact they once again lost quarterback Carson Wentz to an injury early on.

During his short NFL career, Wentz has been bitten by the injury more times than the organization would like, but he is still going to be the guy going forward. In 2020, the Eagles have to do a better job of adding talent around him, and they bring in a championship-caliber player in Tee Higgins at No. 21 overall in the first round.

Higgins showed during the Clemson Tigers playoff run that he is not only an incredible route-runner, but has the size, and power to run over defenders. Wentz is still one of the elite quarterbacks in the league, and with Higgins on the outside in 2020, he will once again go back to being one of the bright stars in the NFL.

. Wide Receiver. Buffalo Bills. Laviska Shenault Jr.. 22. player. 16

Over the course of the season,  the Buffalo Bills played consistent football, and in the end, they wound up the No. 5 seed in the AFC. While their season would end in the Wild Card round against the Houston Texans, they still have to be happy with where this franchise is headed moving forward.

Quarterback Josh Allen played very well in Year No. 2, and the hope is that he can continue to move in the right direction as the franchise guy for this organization. In order for him to do so, the Bills have to add some more talent at the wide receiver position, and they do so here by selecting Laviska Shenault Jr. with the No. 22 overall pick.

An elite wide receiver and return man, the speedy Shenault would add a dimension to this Bills offense that it has been missing the past few years. With Zay Jones traded away to the Raiders, and little behind him on the depth chart, the time has come for Buffalo to spend a first round pick on a wide receiver for the first time since taking Sammy Watkins back in 2014.
