DraftKings NBA Shooting Guards:

Best Bets:

D’Angelo Russell ($8,400): This isn’t a great matchup for Russell, but I’m not sure it matters. Russell is carrying the Golden State offense. They are bringing Curry back sometime next month, so all Russell has to do is keep them afloat enough to stay in the playoff race until then. This isn’t going to be a ceiling game for Russell against the Nets, but he could come close to 50 DraftKings points.

Fred VanVleet ($6,900): VanVleet continues to put up impressive all-around numbers for a Raptors team that needs them. VanVleet has at least eight assists in three straight games and had seven rebounds or more in two of those. His first career triple-double wont be too far off if he keeps this up. I wouldn’t count on that against the Pacers though.

Honorable Mention:

Collin Sexton ($6,500): Sexton put up 40.25 DraftKings points in the first meeting with the Thunder. He has found even another level lately. Sexton has at least 36 DraftKings points in four straight and seven of the last ten games. He’s about as safe as you’ll find in this tier.

Dillon Brooks ($5,700): Brooks has at least 5x value at this price in ten of the last 12 games. He’s a bit of a risk agianst Dallas, but they are without Luka and likely without Barea as well. Dallas wont be as defensively strong as usual. I don’t expect a ceiling game from Brooks here, but I wouldn’t be shocked to see him hit 30 again.

Dark Horses:

Duncan Robinson ($4,500): Robinson should be in for more minutes here with Herro out for this game. Robinson put up 28 DraftKings points in 34 minutes on Monday night in the blowout of Philly. Robinson is another one of those guys that’s hard to trust, but it’s a lot easier when he has a clear path to minutes.

Jarrett Culver ($3,900): The Timberwolves have dealt both Teague and Napier without getting a point guard in return, so it will likely be Culver that has to run the point tonight. Culver put up 28.75 DraftKings points in just 24 minutes in the first meeting with Atlanta while Teague was out. I’m liking Culver quite a bit at this price.
