2. Jameis Winston

The top overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, Jameis Winston has the ability to be a truly elite passer in the NFL. Winston led the league in passing yards (5,102) and was second in touchdowns (33) for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but he also led the league with 30 interceptions while losing a fumble as well.

The turnover issues clearly frustrated head coach Bruce Arians, who was non-committal when asked about Winston’s future with Tampa Bay after the season. If the Bucs actually let Winston go, there will be a line of teams waiting to see if they can solve his turnover woes and harness the elite ability inside Winston’s arm.

1. Tom Brady

For the first time in his NFL career, Tom Brady is a true free agent. Thanks to a uniquely structured contract, Brady will become an unrestricted free agent that the New England Patriots cannot franchise tag, meaning he will have the freedom to choose where he plays next season.

Brady indicated in his Super Bowl commercial for Hulu that he still plans on playing, and even at age 43 he still has the ability to lead teams to Super Bowl titles. There could be at least seven or eight teams with serious interest in Brady, who could still return to the Patriots but is reportedly seeking top dollar value as opposed to settling for a team-friendly contract like he has in the past.
