The Bengals’ offensive line was an unmitigated disaster in 2019 and will need to show major improvement, especially incorporating a rookie quarterback into the mix. The return of 2019 first-rounder Jonah Williams should shore up the left tackle spot, but there’s no doubt the team will look to add more depth on the line.

Kansas’ Hakeem Adenijji, a starter at left tackle for the Jayhawks in every game since 2016, could be a nice piece to use at right tackle opposite Williams for Zac Taylor’s staff. While he lacks some of the length and power of other tackles in the class, Adeniji is reliable and technically-sound with good athleticism for the position.

Regardless of the plight of Kansas football in recent years, starting four consecutive years at left tackle in a Power 5 conference is an impressive feat. That kind of reliability would be a welcome addition to a Cincinnati roster that struggled mightily up front last season.
