Top star players, best value picks, and guys you should stay away from on February 12 in NBA DFS on DraftKings and FanDuel.

Welcome to Studs, Scrubs, and Duds; FanSided’s NBA DFS lineup helper.

Here’s what’s on the slate for tonight:

7 p.m. ET: Atlanta at Cleveland, Detroit at Orlando
7:30 p.m. ET: Toronto at Brooklyn, Milwaukee at Indiana, Washington at New York
8 p.m. ET: Portland at Memphis, Charlotte at Minnesota
8:30 p.m. ET: Sacramento at Dallas
9 p.m. ET: Golden State at Phoenix, Miami at Utah
10 p.m. ET: LA Lakers at Denver

How this works:

Studs: Top high salary picks that you can build your lineup around.
Scrubs: Value players looking for a big night or consistent options to help fill out your lineup.
Duds: Players to avoid given their high salary and/or poor matchup.

Five players are picked on each slide, positions are not applicable, and both DraftKings and FanDuel salaries are listed.

Studs

LeBron James (at DEN – $10,600 on DK; $10,000 on FD): LeBron with a chance to make a statement against a good Nuggets team ahead of the All-Star break? Sign me up. These the moments LeBron lives for and I fully expect one of his best games of the season in this one. A triple double is not out of reach in this one and I expect him as the top scorer on the night. You can easily build around him.

Trae Young (at CLE – $10,400 on DK; $10,100 on FD): Speaking of triple doubles. Trae has a great matchup against the weak Cleveland defense. He can do a bit of everything, is consistent and has a high ceiling. He dominated the last time these two teams met and you should expect nothing less from him in this game as well.

Pascal Siakam (at BKN – $8,700 on DK; $8,400 on FD): Take someone on the Raptors. They don’t lose and they get everyone involved. The majority of their guys are at solid salaries and they all have high ceilings, it’s just a matter of which one is going to have the big game. Given the frontcourt issues in Brooklyn, my preference is Siakam.

D’Angelo Russell (vs CHA – $8,300 on DK; $7,600 on FD): Russell is going to get his opportunities and there is nothing wrong with the Timberwolves offense. They don’t play any defense but this should be an offensive battle and you should not only look at Russell, but look at some of the top scorers on the Hornets as well. Plenty of good value in this game.

Ja Morant (vs POR – $7,500 on DK; $6,700 on FD): Morant can be inconsistent but this feels like a big game as he goes blow for blow with Lillard. The Blazers are on a back to back and aren’t a good defensive team. Morant has a high ceiling that’s worth taking despite his rookie inconsistencies.
