4. Anthony Castonzo, OT, Indianapolis Colts

Castonzo’s place on this list might be temporary as he is reportedly considering retirement. He’ll enter the upcoming season at age 32 and has seen some wear on his body. Castonzo has remained relatively healthy throughout his career, but it appears that he’s feeling the effects of a long career.

If he’s going to come back for a few more years Castonzo should be able to secure a multi-year contract. He’s a veteran left tackle who is coming off a strong season. It sounds like the Indianapolis Colts would want to bring him back into the mix should he decide to return.

However, they might not be willing to wait too long for Castonzo to make his decision. At some point they may need to turn their attention elsewhere and secure what is a very important position.

In that case, a win-now team like the Los Angeles Chargers could take a look at Castonzo. The Chargers have to make a decision on Philip Rivers, but will be in the market for offensive line  help either way.

If Castonzo decides to retire someone like Connor McGovern would jump into my top-five free agent offensive linemen list.
