3. Another wide receiver

The Ravens spent a first-round pick on Marquise Brown last year and he turned in an electric rookie campaign. That doesn’t mean the team is finished giving Lamar Jackson weapons on the outside though. They still need to add another young talent to their receiver corps.

Players like Willie Snead and Seth Roberts are fine to have on the roster, but neither is a receiver you want to play a starring role for a Super Bowl contender. In a perfect world, the Ravens can find a big, young receiver who can given defenses a different look than Brown for years to come.

Fortunately for Baltimore, this draft is flush with talent at receiver. It might seem a bit foolish to spend another first-round pick on a wideout this year, but it’s a risk the Ravens should strongly consider. Coming away with someone like Henry Ruggs or CeeDee Lamb late in Round 1 could make all the difference for this offense.

The key here is for the Ravens to go from good to great at receiver. Unlike some needs on this list, wideout should only be addressed by Baltimore if they can acquire a true difference-maker. Otherwise, they should stick with what they already have.
