Philadelphia Eagles. Tee Higgins. 21. player. 54. . Wide Receiver

The Philadelphia Eagles were once again bitten by the health bug in  terms of starting quarterback Carson Wentz, as he was injured early in their Wild Card loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Still, he is considered one of the better young quarterbacks in the league, and the team has no plan to move on from him any time soon.

Heading into 2020, they have to do something in terms of putting more weapons around him, and they should use their first round pick on a wide receiver. Remember,  this is a position group that is loaded this year, and at pick No. 21, they can still get an elite player who can come in and be a real threat in Year 1.

That player in this mock draft is Tee Higgins, and incredibly gifted wide receiver who won a national title with the Clemson  Tigers. Higgins is big, fast, and has solid hands, and on this Eagles roster, he would be a key piece in helping Wentz continue to grow into an elite quarterback in this league.

16. . Wide Receiver. Buffalo Bills. Laviska Shenault Jr.. 22. player

Heading into his second season in the NFL,  the expectation, or hope I should say, was that Josh Allen would take a big step forward in his development. The Buffalo Bills drafted him in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft, and he played well as a rookie, earning the starting job and showing flashes.

In Year 2, Allen became the leader of this team, and led the Bills to a solid overall regular season record and a Wild Card berth. Entering his third season, the Bills need to continue to stack talent around him, and they do so with pick No. 22 in this mock draft, adding the dynamic Laviska Shenault Jr. from Colorado.

This is a kid who is going to be a menace at the  next level, as he has A.J. Brown size, can be a monster in the return game, and is always one step away from making a big play. The Bills need help immediately at wide receiver, and in Shenault, they get Allen a WR1 he can rely on for the foreseeable future.
