DraftKings NBA Point Guards:

Best Bets:

Chris Paul ($7,900): CP3 has 75 DraftKings points in the two games against the Kings so far this year. With the way he’s playing lately, that could be on the low side. Paul has at least 35 DraftKings points in each of the last seven games. Make it eight. The Kings wont hold him under either.

Dennis Schroder ($5,500): Schroder’s price is low enough that I’m still willing to use him here. The ceiling isn’t as high as it is when one of the two starters are struggling, but on a night where we need some value, Schroder is a strong one in the middle tier. He has 70.5 DraftKings points over the two games with the Kings. That’s enough for me to use him.

Honorable Mention:

Aaron Holiday ($4,800): Holiday should still start whether Oladipo plays or not. The price is too high on Brogdon, but not on Holiday. He was disappointing against Charlotte, but that wasn’t all his fault. Indiana wasn’t running anyone ragged that is a staple in the rotation in the 39-piont win. Holiday should be a solid value play tonight. The minutes will be there.

Shake Milton ($4,700): Tough matchup or not, Philly needs someone to score. Milton put up 20 actual points on the Cavs last night in the loss. His stock is quickly on the rise. It’s a much faster rate than his DraftKings price. Milton looks like a bargain at this price. Philly should lean on him heavily again.

Dark Horses:

Rajon Rondo ($3,500): LeBron has spent most of his time running the point, so the starting gig will fall to either Rondo or Caruso. I kind of think that this will be an even split unless one of them gets hot. If pressed, I think I prefer Caruso, but both are good value plays.

Alex Caruso ($3,400): Caruso is a fan-favorite and a favorite of every 30-something balding man in America. We can all relate to the guy. Well, except for the fact that he’s playing with two of the greatest players in history. Caruso has phased out Rondo, at least for the time being. He provides nice energy off the bench and his passing abilities early him the LeBron seal of approval. Caruso is a risk, but he could be a nice value play once again.
