player. 54. . Wide Receiver. Philadelphia Eagles. Tee Higgins. 21

The Philadelphia Eagles went into the NFC Playoffs on a high note last season, as they had won consecutive games against divisional opponents to win the NFC East. However, even hosting a playoff game and getting the win would be tough, as Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks invaded the Linc looking for a spot in the Divisional Round.

To make matters worse, quarterback Carson Wentz went down early due to a concussion, ending any hopes the Eagles could move on to the next round. Looking ahead, they are in good shape to return to the playoffs this season, but they have to get Wentz some more quality weapons on the outside.

Tee Higgins from Clemson is a definite first-round pick, as he showed during his time in college that he is big, strong, and fast. The Eagles need this kind of talent at the wide receiver position, and as well as being a physical specimen, he has a championship attitude, something that will play well in Philly.

16. . Wide Receiver. Buffalo Bills. Justin Jefferson. 22. player

The Buffalo Bills have a glaring need on the offensive side of the ball, as they really have no WR1 to speak of heading into the offseason. Last season, they traded away Zay Jones to the Oakland Raiders during the regular season, and while guys stepped up in his absence, they have to revamp this group for the 2020 campaign.

Enter Justin Jefferson from LSU, and incredibly gifted athlete who was a key cog in the Tigers undefeated season in 2019. This is a kid who can go up and make the tough grabs, does not mind going over the middle, and showed at the Combine that he is a special athlete.

For third-year quarterback Josh Allen, getting a first round wide receiver would be best case scenario, as he stepped up big time last season. The Bills are in capable hands with him under center, and as they move forward, they need to invest not only in protecting him, but also giving him targets to throw at.
