DraftKings EuroLeague Forwards:

This looks like another great spot for Nikola Mirotic, but my beef with him is the same as Shved. Both are priced very high and they don’t always come up big enough to be worth their price. If using one, I’m going with Shved for the higher upside and safer floor. He has both.

The Berlin front has the worst matchup in the EuroLeague today against Baskonia. However, if Giedraitis it out again, Luke Sikma might still be a good GPP play and I still really like Niels Giffey for value. That is, if you can wrap your head around playing them against statistically the best forward defense in the league.

To me, Jonas Jerebko is the best forward on the slate and could be the best play on the entire slate. NO one else can claim five straight games of over 30 DraftKings points at forward and Shved is the only one that can at guard. Those two could be a lethal combo. Add a recently hot Janis Timma to complete the Khimki stack if you’re a stacker.

The matchup for Tornike Shengelia is good, but he hasn’t been above 30 DraftKings points since January 30. I don’t mind pairing him with Jerebko, but then you have to fade Shved. That may not fly in cash games.

Kostas Papanikolaou gives you all the 20+ DraftKings point goodness of Shengelia at a lower price. He finally seems to be flourishing again with Rick Pitino roaming the sideline. Keep in mind that Shengelia has a much better matchup today and could be worth the $1000 extra unless you can’t swing it.

Fade Othello Hunter at your own risk right now. The former Georgetown star is flourishing with Tarik Black sidelined. If Black is out again, look for Hunter’s recent surge to continue.

Forward is littered with great options, so we are going to need value somewhere. Octavius Ellis has played well with Milutinov out. The ceiling isn’t all that high since Papanikolaou and Printezis start, but he has been a force off the bench. Landry Nnoko is a strong value play again if Giedraitis ends up sitting out.
