Top star players, best value picks, and guys you should stay away from on March 6 in NBA DFS on DraftKings and FanDuel.

Welcome to Studs, Scrubs, and Duds; FanSided’s NBA DFS lineup helper.

Here’s what’s on the slate for tonight:

7 p.m. ET: Atlanta at Washington
7:30 p.m. ET: San Antonio at Brooklyn, Oklahoma City at New York
8 p.m. ET: Utah at Boston, Indiana at Chicago, Orlando at Minnesota, Miami at New Orleans
8:30 p.m. ET: Memphis at Dallas
9 p.m. ET: Portland at Phoenix
10:30 p.m. ET: Milwaukee at LA Lakers

How this works:

Studs: Top high salary picks that you can build your lineup around.
Scrubs: Value players looking for a big night or consistent options to help fill out your lineup.
Duds: Players to avoid given their high salary and/or poor matchup.

Five players are picked on each slide, positions are not applicable, and both DraftKings and FanDuel salaries are listed.

Studs

Bradley Beal (vs ATL – $10,400 on DK; $10,100 on FD): Beal may have slowed a tad in the last game on the back to back so the hope is that the day of rest will help. The matchup should certainly help as well as the Hawks are not good. The points will be there for Beal and he’ll get numbers elsewhere. This is a great game to take advantage of.

Trae Young (at WAS – $9,900 on DK; $9,900 on FD): It’s such a great matchup to take advantage of that if you don’t like Beal, look at Young. He’s always a triple double threat and there’s no reason why he can’t get one in this game. The points should be very high in this game and Young will have his hand in contributing for the Hawks.

Nikola Vucevic (at MIN – $8,900 on DK; $8,400 on FD): Vucevic has been fairly consistent as of late and he had a monster game against the Timberwolves just a week ago. He can easily do it again considering the Timberwolves haven’t gotten better and they’re still without Towns. He’s an easy double double with plenty of scoring to go along with it.

Julius Randle (vs OKC – $7,600 on DK; $7,600 on FD): Randle is a Thunder killer and even though he can be a tad inconsistent, I trust him in this matchup. The Knicks also might be riding high coming off the Rockets win and maybe they can somehow build off that. Regardless, Randle is a lot to handle for OKC and he’s a big scoring and double double threat.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (at NY – $7,000 on DK; $7,000 on FD): Shai is typically reliable but I love his ceiling in this matchup. Against the weaker teams, Paul typically sits back until the end of the game while Shai and Schroder handle the first three quarters. Shai is coming off a big game and the Knicks don’t exactly have the defenders to deal with him on offense. He’s also good for a strong rebounding outing.
