Top star players, best value picks, and guys you should stay away from on March 10 in NBA DFS on DraftKings and FanDuel.

Welcome to Studs, Scrubs, and Duds; FanSided’s NBA DFS lineup helper.

Here’s what’s on the slate for tonight:

7 p.m. ET: Boston at Indiana, New York at Washington
8 p.m. ET: Cleveland at Chicago, Minnesota at Houston, Orlando at Memphis, Dallas at San Antonio
10 p.m. ET: Phoenix at Portland
10:30 p.m. ET: LA Clippers at Golden State, Brooklyn at LA Lakers

How this works:

Studs: Top high salary picks that you can build your lineup around.
Scrubs: Value players looking for a big night or consistent options to help fill out your lineup.
Duds: Players to avoid given their high salary and/or poor matchup.

Five players are picked on each slide, positions are not applicable, and both DraftKings and FanDuel salaries are listed.

Studs

Russell Westbrook (vs MIN – $10,100 on DK; $10,500 on FD): The Rockets haven’t been playing well but a matchup against the Timberwolves is just what the doctor ordered. I think. Either way, Westbrook has proven his value and should have no issue getting his points while chipping in with rebounds and assists in this game. It’s a heavy night up top but Westbrook sticks out.

Hassan Whiteside (vs PHO – $9,000 on DK; $9,500 on FD): Whiteside has a big game against the Suns just a few games ago and this might be one of the last chances to grab him before his value takes a hit with Nurkic returning. He’s always a double double threat and the ceiling is high with his rebounding and scoring output.

Aaron Gordon (at MEM – $7,900 on DK; $7,000 on FD): Gordon has been good since the All Star break and he walks into a good matchup against a Grizzlies team who aren’t good against the position. He can do a bit of everything and Orlando has to be feeling good after the Houston game. He won’t hurt you and the ceiling is high.

Collin Sexton (at CHI – $7,000 on DK; $6,200 on FD): I don’t know if the Cavaliers are now kinda good or if it’s just late in the season. Probably the latter. But Sexton has been playing great and this is a very good matchup against the Bulls. There should be enough offense to go around in this one.

Coby White (vs CLE – $6,800 on DK; $6,400 on FD): White continues to lead the charge for the Bulls and with their injuries, he shows no signs of slowing up. He’s a high ceiling player and as mentioned, with the offense that should happen in this game, White will be a big contributor on the Bulls side.
