Scrubs

Robert Covington (vs MIN – $6,200 on DK; $6,200 on FD): It’s not really a revenge game for Covington but he’ll have a little something extra for his former team. I expect a big offensive output from the Rockets in this game given the opponent in front of them. Covington should exceed expectations in a big way with his scoring and defense.

Naz Reid (at HOU – $6,000 on DK; $5,300 on FD): Reid continues to play consistent basketball for the Timberwolves and with the circumstances he remains in a good position to contribute. While I love the Rockets offense in this one, they still have their weaknesses and Reid can exploit those weaknesses.

Aron Baynes (at POR – $5,900 on DK; $5,300 on FD): As long as Baynes is going to start then he seems like a pretty safe bet to pick. I don’t know if he’ll go off like he did on Portland last time but he’s always been a high ceiling guy while the minutes have been there. Take him with confidence if he starts.

DeAndre Jordan (at LAL – $5,500 on DK; $5,600 on FD): Jordan is going to start and play big minutes so you may as well take advantage of the mess in Brooklyn given that he remains at a good salary. He’s always been a good numbers guy and he’ll get easy points and rebounds. It’s a tough matchup but Jordan is in the right circumstances.

Shaquille Harrison (vs CLE – $5,000 on DK; $4,900 on FD): Harrison has been playing very well for the Bulls and with all their injuries they need guys who are going to step up. He’s done just that. He remains at a good price given his recent production and it’s a matchup that should feature plenty of offense. Aside from White, he offers the best value on the Bulls.
