Philadelphia Eagles: CB Bradley Roby (Houston Texans)

Doug Pederson’s team is one of the few in the league to reach the postseason each of the past three seasons. They joined the New England Patriots, Kansas City Chiefs and New Orleans Saints in terms of that distinction. Of course, the Philadelphia Eagles have had to rally their way to a pair of 9-7 finishes the past two years since winning Super Bowl LII. The reigning NFC East champions were dismissed at home in the wild card round by the Seattle Seahawks as Carson Wentz made his postseason debut but was knocked out of action.

Meanwhile, one of the team’s bigger issues in recent seasons has been the play of their secondary and the health of the cornerbacks. And this month, Ronald Darby and Jalen Mills are slated for free agency, as is veteran safety Rodney McLeod (although the latter could be back with the club). In any case, six-year pro Bradley Roby is a versatile and physical corner who could help Jim Schwartz’s defensive unit in numerous ways.

With the Houston Texans in 2019, he played and started 10 regular-season games and finished with 38 stops, one sack, a pair of interceptions and eight passes defensed. And he added 11 tackles and knocked down two passes in the playoff split with the Bills and Chiefs.
